Frequently Asked Questions

  • Living Stones is the mobile app built to help modern Christians grow closer to their creator and community through the practice recording, sharing and reflecting on the ways God moves in their lives.

  • The app is currently in Beta and set to release soon, but once it is available to download it’s as simple to create some tribes, invite some members, and add/share some Stones!

  • Once available, you can download Living Stones on iPhone or Android devices via the App Store and Play Store.

Features

  • Stones are the moments of encounter with God that you memorialize in the app. The term “Stone” is a reference to the old testament practice of building “Ebenezers”, literal stacks of stones that memorialized a place where God provided for His people.

  • Tribes are the groups of people you do life with - these could be friends, family, your small group, etc. Creating and joining Tribes let’s you share your Stones with the people you love and do life with.

  • “Hope-Scrolling” is a movement away from spending our “screen time” on things that de-form us (“doom-scrolling), towards things that bring, attention, hope, and connection. Living Stones is an app built to embody and promote this movement.
